We at Prudential are required to present a total listing package when we list your home. You will need to provide the following:
•Copy of title (fideicomiso or escritura or promise to trust)
•Copy of paid property tax receipt
•Copy of paid electric bill to date
•Copy of paid HOA statement to date
•Color copy of your passport
•Color copy of your driver's license
•Signed exclusive listing agreement
When discussing listing your property with me I will ask for a copy of your title. I will then submit this to an attorney or notary and get an estimate of your capital gains...we don't want any surprises at the end.
